A ‘task-and-finish’ approach to major pieces of partnership activity will be adopted to support the achievement of the esp priorities. Through intensive time-limited and results-focused projects, the task-and-finish groups will identify solutions which partners will deliver though their existing structures. Ways of working will continue to be challenged in order to effect lasting change.
As regional issues emerge the esp Executive will authorise Task and Finish Groups to identify solutions.
In addition, the esp continues to operate a longer term regional partnership group whose remit is to focus upon the complex 14-19 agenda in the East Midlands and to directly deliver on the esp Priority action of the same name.
