A "task-and-finish" approach is used to help achieve esp priorities; through intensive time-limited and results-focused projects, Task and Finish Groups identify solutions, which partners deliver though their existing structures.
As regional issues emerge, the esp Executive Group authorise Task and Finish Groups to identify solutions.
The esp operates a longer-term regional partnership group, whose remit is to focus upon the complex 14-19 agenda in the East Midlands, and to directly deliver on the esp priority action of the same name.
