The esp was created in 2005 to meet the challenges set out in the Government’s National Skills Strategy. The aim is to deliver greater impact and added value to employers and individuals, thereby increasing the competitiveness of the East Midlands region.
The esp has grown in strength and we have already seen the positive impact of our actions on the people in the region.
Our vision is to get
more people into better jobs in better businesses
We will continue to improve our engagement with employers, aligning our activities so that our products and services help businesses improve their competitiveness and productivity.
We will also ensure that individuals are supported to improve their skills.
